Great Customer Service

The best thing about Jive is that it just works. With a product like this it’s working when you don’t think about it being there. When I’ve had issues with the phone not working, customer service was friendly and helpful and quickly resolved my issue....

Jive makes working outside of the office so easy!

I love that I can work from home and still get my calls through Jive. I also like that it gives me privacy by connecting my office line to my cell phone so I don’t have to provide people with my personal phone number if I’m working from home....

I love the updates!

I love the updates! This system works wonders for our needs. It was a little rocky with the desktop app and texting previously, but with these new updates, I can’t tell you how much I love Jive! The support is better than any other I’ve experienced. As a local utah company, they really bend over backwards to do what we need!...

Easy for small business

The webpage allows for quick changes in calling queues, oncall, after hours and holiday schedules, changes or awitches between phone numbers. (i.e. if you have rotating people taking the after hours)...
