Been using this software for almost 5 years now and I can’t say anything else except it is great!

I like how easy it is to use, UI is intuitive. Customer Support is outstanding, if you have issues and was not resolved on their initial response remote session is sure to follow to make sure the service is working for you....

“The most boundary pushing, uncomplicated, and feature rich VoIP System out there”

We use conferences bridges all the time and what’s fantastic about it is that you never have to start and close sessions! You just leave it as an extension for your auto attendant to direct to and you can have instant conference calls with ease and breeze....

We and our users like jive

We and our users like jive. We have been costumer of jive may be 3 or more years with 8 location and 180+ users. only thing is for admin it is not centralize to any thing about jive user setting (Like where user forwarded his calls, ETC…) i have been admin of AVAYA system more then 8 years but their system is more Admin friendly that Jive. “Excellent customer care”

That I can always get hold of a “live” person no matter what time I call. Their reps are always friendly, know what they are doing and spend however long it takes to resolve the issue....
