Tip: You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.
1. Tap the Status bar.
2. Tap Forward/DND.
3. Tap the checkbox of the desired forwarding type.
4. Enter the internal extension or external phone number to which calls will be forwarded.
5. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.
6. Tap Ok.
To disable call forwarding, uncheck the forwarding type.
Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Calls are not logged in your Missed Calls.
1. Tap the Status bar.
2. Tap Forward/DND > Do Not Disturb > Ok to enable/disable.
1. Tap Message.
2. Dial your password (default 0000).
Please contact your system administrator regarding your speed dial assignments.
1. While on an active call, tap Conference.
2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
3. Wait for the second party to answer.
Note: It is best practice to consult with the second party before adding them to a 3-way call.
4. Tap Start Conference.
Places the current call on hold and initiates a call with the transfer destination to confirm whether the call is wanted or not. The two calls are then merged together.
1. While on an active call, tap Transfer.
2. Dial the internal extension or external number.
3. Speak with the destination party.
4. Tap Transfer Complete.
Note: If you hang up before the call rings, the transfer will fail and the call will be disconnected.
Routes the call to a third party, the original call is ended, and no confirmation is made to determine whether the transferred call is answered or if the number is busy.
1. While on an active call, tap Blind Transfer.
2. Dial the internal extension or external number.
Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.
1. Tap Hold.
2. Tap the Line to retrieve the call.
1. Tap .
2. Tap Settings > Sound > Phone ringtone.
3. Deselect Automatic.
4. If there are multiple lines assigned to the device, select the line you wish to modify.
5. Select the desired ringtone.
6. Tap the Ok softkey.
Note: This device supports silent ringtones.
In order to presence monitor, you must have the feature enabled on your device by an administrator. If not enabled, contact your system administrator for assistance.
Note: The lines that you wish to monitor must be speed dial assignments on your phone.

Before you can provision a phone:
1. Tap .
2. Select Settings > Network > Embedded web.
3. Turn off Embedded web and then press the SAVE softkey.
4. Turn on Embedded web and then press the SAVE softkey.
5. Press the Back softkey, select About Phone > Status, and then write down the phone’s IP Address (next to Network).
6. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.
7. Log in with: Username = admin and Password = adminpass.
Note: If this password is not accepted, contact Customer Support for assistance.
8. Go to Maintenance tab > Provisioning Maintenance.
9. Define the following settings:

10. Click [Save] > [Reboot].
Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.
