You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.

Call Forwarding

1. Dial:

  • *72: Forwards all incoming calls (All).
  • *90: Forwards calls that are declined by pressing the Ignore softkey (Busy).
  • *92: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls (No Answer).

2. When you hear a dial tone, enter the forwarding destination (internal extension or external number).

3. Hang up (to disable call forwarding, dial *73: All, *91: Busy, or *93: No Answer).


  • These star codes are from the manufacturer—they may not be supported.
  • Calls are still forwarded if the phone goes offline.

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail.

1. Dial *78 to enable DND.

2. Dial *79 to disable DND.

Note: These star codes are from the manufacturer—they may not be supported.

Voicemail Access

1. Press .

2. Dial your password (default 0000).

Speed Dial

This device does not support this feature.

3-Way Calls

1. While on an active call, press the Flash key.

2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.

3. Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.

4. Press Flash again.

Transfer Calls

This device does not support this feature.


1. Press the FLASH key to place a call on hold.

2. Press FLASH again to retrieve the call.

Modify Ringtone

This device does not support this feature.

Presence Monitoring

This device does not support this feature.

Before you begin:

  1. Verify a device profile has been created.
  2. Verify the phone’s MAC address has been assigned to the device profile.

1. Enter the phone’s IVR Menu by quickly dialing: **** (asterisk).

2. Dial 110# and then write down the phone’s IP Address.

3. Open a web browser, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: If the web UI does not load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.

4. Click Admin Login > advanced.

Note: If you are prompted to enter a password, contact Customer Support for assistance.

5. Go to the Provisioning tab and define the following settings:

Note: Replace ‹domain›  with your unique domain (found in parentheses at the top of the admin dashboard).

6. Click [Submit All Changes].

Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.
