Jive only supports Cisco 78xx models with PID VID 3PCC or 3PW below the SKU number.
You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.
1. Press .
2. Select User Preferences > Call Preferences.
3. Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.
4. Highlight the desired forwarding type.
5. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.
6. Press the Set softkey (to disable call forwarding, change the Call Forward Mode to Off).
Tip: While your phone rings, press the Decline softkey to forward the incoming call to your voicemail.
Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Calls are logged in your Missed Calls.
1. Press the DND softkey to enable/disable.

2. Dial your password (default 0000).
Please contact your system administrator regarding your speed dial assignments.
1. While on an active call, press .
2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
3. Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
4. Press again.
Places a current call on hold and allows you to speak with the other party before transferring the call to them.
1. While on an active call, press .
2. Dial the internal extension or external number.
3. Speak with the destination party.
Tip: To cancel a warm transfer, press the EndCall > Resume softkeys. This will take you back to the original call.
4. Press again.
A blind transfer routes a call to another party without speaking to them first.
1. While on an active call, press thesoftkey.
2. Select the blindxfer softkey and then dial the internal extension or external number.
Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.

2. Press the Resume softkey to retrieve the call.

2. Select User preferences > Audio Preferences > Ext(n).
3. Enter the extension number.
4. Select the desired ringtone (highlight to sample ringtones).
5. Press the Set softkey.
Note: This device does not support silent ringtones.
In order to presence monitor, you must have the feature enabled on your device by an administrator. If not enabled, contact your system administrator for assistance.
Note: The lines that you wish to monitor must be speed dial assignments on your phone.

Before you begin:
Note: If you are prompted to enter a User password after booting up the phone, select Skip to proceed.
1. Press .
2. Select Device administration > Profile rule.
3. Enter http://‹domain›.onjive.com/p/$MA for the Profile Rule.
Note: Replace ‹domain› with your unique domain (found in parentheses at the top of the admin dashboard).
4. Press Resync.
Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.
1. Press .
2. Select Status > Network status and then write down the phone’s IP Address.
3. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.
Note: If the web UI does not load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.
4. Click Admin Login > advanced.
Note: If you are prompted to enter a password, contact Customer Support for assistance.
5. Go to Voice tab > Provisioning tab.
6. Define the following Configuration Profile settings:

7. Click [Submit All Changes].
Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.
After a factory reset on a phone, you’ll need to reset secure provisioning as well so it can reconnect to Jive.
1. Click Devices in the left sidebar.
2. Click the device that needs secure provisioning reset.
3. From the Hardware tab > Reset Secure Provisioning, click [RESET].
