You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.
1. Press .
2. Select Call Forward.
3. Scroll to the desired mode and select Change.
4. Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.
5. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.
6. Press the checkmark key to change the state to ON.
7. Press the Save softkey (to disable call forwarding, change the state to OFF).
Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Calls are not logged in your Missed Calls.
1. Press the DND softkey to enable/disable.
1. Dial *99.
2. Dial your password (default 0000).
1. Press and hold an unassigned softkey.
2. Enter a Name and the internal extension or external number in the Number field.
3. Press the Save softkey.
1. While on an active call, press .
2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.
3. Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.
4. Press again.
Places a current call on hold and allows you to speak with the other party before transferring the call to them.
1. While on an active call, press .
2. Dial the internal extension or external number.
3. Speak with the destination party.
4. Hang up.
A blind transfer routes a call to another party without speaking to them first.
1. While on an active call, press .
2. Dial the internal extension or external number.
3. Press before the destination party answers.
Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.
1. Press .
2. Press the Line key to retrieve the call.
Tip: If you have multiple calls on hold or your held call information is not on the screen, press ◄ or ► to view more information about the calls currently on hold.
1. Press .
2. Select Preferences > Tones > Ring Tone.
3. If there are multiple lines assigned to the device, select the line you wish to modify.
4. Select the desired ringtone (highlight to sample ringtones).
5. Press the Set softkey.
Note: This device supports silent ringtones.
In order to presence monitor, you must have the feature enabled on your device by an administrator. If not enabled, contact your system administrator for assistance.
Note: The lines that you wish to monitor must be speed dial assignments on your phone.

Before you begin:

3. Select Cfg. Srv. > Download Protocol > Use HTTP > done.
4. Select HTTP and define the following settings:

2. Log into the Admin Menu with the password: 22222.

3. Select Network Settings and then write down the phone’s IP Address.
4. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.
5. Log in with: Username = admin and Password = 22222.

6. Select Configuration Server and define the following settings:
