You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.

Call Forwarding

1. Press the Options key.

2. Select Call Forward.

3. Scroll to the desired mode and select Change.

  • All: Forwards all incoming calls.
  • No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls.
  • Busy: Forwards calls that arrive when you’re already in a call.

4. Scroll down and press the same key to change the state to On.

5. Press the down arrow and then Set to confirm.

6. Scroll down to Number and select change.

7. Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.

8. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.

9. Press Set > Done > # to confirm (to disable call forwarding, turn Off the call forward mode).

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Calls are not logged in your Missed Calls.

This feature is only configured through the web utility. Please contact your system admin to enable DND.

1. Press the programmed DND key to enable/disable.

Voicemail Access

1. Dial *99.

2. Dial your password (default 0000).

Speed Dial

Speed dial keys are programmed by an administrator. Contact your system administrator for assistance.

3-Way Calls

This feature is only configured through the web utility. Please contact your system admin to enable 3-way calls.

1. While on an active call, press the programmed conference key.

2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.

3. Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.

4. Press the programmed conference key again.

Warm Transfer

Places a current call on hold and allows you to speak with the other party before transferring the call to them.

1. While on an active call, press the programmed transfer key.

2. Dial the internal extension or external number.

3. Speak with the destination party.

4. Press the programmed transfer key again.

Blind Transfer

A blind transfer routes a call to another party without speaking to them first.

1. While on an active call, press the programmed transfer key.

2. Dial the internal extension or external number.

3. Press the programmed transfer key before the destination party answers.

Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.

Hold

1. Press the Hold key.

2. Press the Hold key to retrieve the call.

Modify Ringtone

1. Press the Options key.

2. Select Preferences > Tones > Ring Tone.

3. If there are multiple lines assigned to the device, select the line you wish to modify.

4. Select the desired ringtone (highlight to sample ringtones).

5. Press the Set softkey.

Note: This device supports silent ringtones.

Presence Monitoring

In order to presence monitor, you must have the feature enabled on your device by an administrator. If not enabled, contact your system administrator for assistance.

Note: The lines that you wish to monitor must be speed dial assignments on your phone.

Before you begin:

  1. Verify a device profile has been created.
  2. Verify the phone’s MAC address has been assigned to the device profile.

1. Press the Options key.

2. Enter the password 22222 to access the Admin Menu.

Note: If this password is not accepted, contact Customer Support for assistance.

3. Select Network Settings and then write down the phone’s IP Address.

4. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: If the web UI does not load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.

5. Log in as an Admin with the password: 22222.

Note: If this password is not accepted, contact Customer Support for assistance.

6. Go to Configuration Server and define the following settings:

7. Select [Save Settings].

Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.

Reset Secure Provisioning

After a factory reset on a phone, you’ll need to reset secure provisioning as well so it can reconnect to Jive.

1. Click Devices in the left sidebar.

2. Click the device that needs secure provisioning reset.

3. From the Hardware tab > Reset Secure Provisioning, click [RESET].
