You do not need to dial any numerical prefix before dialing an extension or external number. Simply dial the extension or 10 digit number.

Call Forwarding

1. Press .

2. Select OptionsCall Forward.

3. Scroll to the desired mode and select Change.

  • All: Forwards all incoming calls.
  • No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls.
  • Busy: Forwards calls that arrive when you’re already in a call.

4. Scroll down and press the same key to change the state to On.

5. Press the back arrow and then # to confirm.

6. Scroll down and select Number.

7. Enter the internal extension or external number to which calls will be forwarded.

8. If you selected No Answer, enter how many rings to wait before forwarding.

9. Press the back arrow and then press # to confirm (to disable call forwarding, turn Off the call forward mode).

Do Not Disturb (DND)

Enabling DND stops your phone from ringing and sends all incoming calls directly to voicemail. Calls are not logged in your Missed Calls.

1. Press .

2. Highlight DND and use the right arrow key to enable/disable.

Voicemail Access

1. Dial *99.

2. Dial your password (default 0000).

Speed Dial

Note: The amount of available speed dial keys are setup by a system admin from the Web UI.

1. Press .

2. Select Preferences > Speed Dial Edit.

3. Press the speed dial key you wish to edit.

4. Edit the contact information.

5. Press the right arrow key to save your changes.

3-Way Calls

1. While on an active call, press .

2. Dial the internal extension or external number to add to the conference.

3. Wait for the second party to answer, and then let them know that you would like to add them to a 3-way call.

4. Press  again.

Warm Transfer

Places a current call on hold and allows you to speak with the other party before transferring the call to them.

1. While on an active call, press .

2. Dial the internal extension or external number.

3. Speak with the destination party.

4. Press  again.

Blind Transfer

A blind transfer routes a call to another party without speaking to them first.

1. While on an active call, press .

2. Dial the internal extension or external number.

3. Press  before the destination party answers.

Tip: To transfer a call directly to voicemail, dial 0 + extension.

Hold

1. Press .

2. Press  to retrieve the call.

Modify Ringtone

1. Press .

2. Select Preferences > Tones > Ring Tones.

3. Select the desired ringtone (highlight to sample ringtones).

4. Press the Set/Done softkey.

Note: This device supports silent ringtones.

Presence Monitoring

This device does not support this feature.

Before you begin:

  1. Verify a device profile has been created.
  2. Verify the phone’s MAC address has been assigned to the device profile.

2. Select OptionsAdmin Menu.

3. Enter the password 22222.

Note: If this password is not accepted, contact Customer Support for assistance.

4. Select Network Settings and then write down the phone’s IP Address.

5. Open an incognito window in Google Chrome, type the IP address into the address (URL) bar, and then press Enter on your keyboard.

Note: If the web UI does not load, enter https:// before the phone’s IP address.

6. Log in as an Admin with the password: 22222.

Note: If this password is not accepted, contact Customer Support for assistance.

7. Go to Configuration Server and define the following settings:

8. Select [Save Settings] > Reset > [Restart].

Note: If the phone doesn’t automatically reboot, you must power cycle the device to apply its provisioning settings.

Reset Secure Provisioning

After a factory reset on a phone, you’ll need to reset secure provisioning as well so it can reconnect to Jive.

1. Click Devices in the left sidebar.

2. Click the device that needs secure provisioning reset.

3. From the Hardware tab > Reset Secure Provisioning, click [RESET].
