Jive offers training to get your employees up to speed with their new system. Our Setup Trainers are more than up to the task of helping you physically set up and configure the phones. We can help tailor your system to fit the needs of your employees as well as give them training in how to use Jive.

This process can be as quick as 30 days depending on your readiness and the complexity of your needs.

The following Jive contacts are here to assist you throughout the implementation process:

  • Project Manager: Your PM oversees and provides support throughout the implementation process and will be your Jive contact for implementation.
  • Sales Representative: Your Sales Rep provides assistance for product and pricing information.
  • Setup Trainer: Your trainer will host a session via screen share to configure all the components of call flow to meet your business’s needs.
  • Customer Support: Provide assistance with provisioning your phones and general questions.

Provisioning and Training

Your Project Manager (PM) can help you arrange times and dates for your company to receive training. Our goal is to help you become proficient in operating your system to best serve your company needs. We will also schedule a session to teach your staff how to use their new Jive system, ways to use star codes, and other shortcuts to simplify the processes.

Schedule Provisioning

  • Schedule a virtual meeting for provisioning using the Full Slate (online scheduler) link provided by your Project Manager and Setup Trainer. For scheduling concerns, please reach out to your Project Manager.

Schedule and Attend Training Session (1 hour)

The training will cover:

  • Start the build-out of your Jive System.
  • Log in to the system and navigate the portal.
  • Learn how to customize settings, options, dial plans, and other features.

Additional training sessions can be set up as needed, please speak with your PM for further information. Note – your interaction with Jive is absolutely necessary so we get it right.

Enterprise Accounts 100+ Users

You will be getting a Jive Project Manager for the entire implementation process. Your Project Manager (PM) will be your main point of contact throughout the project process and will coordinate the different aspects of number transfers, provisioning, and training to make the whole process easier for you.

We can help tailor your system to fit the needs of your employees as well as give them training in how to use Jive.

This process can be as quick as 45 days depending on your readiness and the complexity of your needs.

  • Project Manager: Your Project Manager will oversee and coordinate the the implementation process.
  • Service Account Manager: Your SAM will be your Jive contact after implementation.
  • Project System Trainer: Your trainer will host a session via screen share to configure all the components of call flow to meet your business’s needs. This team can also provide face to face training.
  • Field Engineer: A Field Engineer will be assigned to you and will assist with Network configuration and setup. This Field Engineer will be working with you throughout the entire installation process, and will be your Project Manager’s Network Expert.
