Recording your phone calls can be useful for training, legal, or historical purposes. If your system admin has not set up call recording for outbound calls from your phone number or line, this star code allows you to record individual calls at your discretion.

Tip: This feature cannot be used mid-call. To work around this, transfer the call to a conference bridge that has call recording enabled (contact a system admin for assistance).

Admin Setup Required

In order to record individual outbound calls, remote storage must be set up by a system admin.

1. Dial *15 from your Jive phone.

2. Dial the internal extension or external number.

To listen to your recordings, you need to have access to your organization’s remote storage linked to your phone system.
