Chances are pretty good you don’t know everyone’s extension in your organization. If you do, congratulations—that’s impressive. For the rest of us, having a visual directory that replaces the need to memorize digits comes in handy. From the end user portal directory you can search for any internal extensions and can even initiate calls to your phone with Click to Call—talk about convenience.

Search Directory

Your organization’s directory is found in the left sidebar.  Search the directory for a specific name, number, or extension—the results will be returned instantly as you type each character.

How It Works

When you dial an extension or number from the portal, it first sends the call to the selected extension (desk phone or softphone), waits for you to pick it up, and then finally completes the call to the outbound destination.

Call Internal Extensions

1. If multiple extensions are assigned, select the extension that will dial the call.

2. Perform a search for the name or extension.

3. Click the phone icon.

Tip: The phone icon can be clicked within your voicemail to return a call.

Call External Numbers

1. If multiple extensions are assigned, select the extension that will dial the call.

2. Enter the 10 digit number.

3. Click [DIAL].
