Initiate Call Recording: *15
Recording your phone calls can be useful for training, legal, or historical purposes. If your system admin has not set up call recording on your phone number or line, this star code allows you to record individual calls at your discretion from your phone.
Admin Setup Required
In order to record individual outbound calls, remote storage must be set up by a system admin.
1. Dial *15 from your Jive phone.
2. Dial the 10 digit external phone number.
Tip: This feature cannot be used mid-call. To work around this, transfer the call to a conference bridge that has call recording enabled (contact a system admin for assistance).
