From the admin portal you can record, preview, and name new sound clips in one spot. Anything you record can be added to dial plans, call queues, or call filters as needed.
1. Click Sound Clips in the left sidebar.
2. Click [RECORD].
3. Click Start Recording.
4. Click Stop Recording once you are finished recording.
Tip: Use the Preview to listen to your recording before saving. If you made a mistake, click Re-record to delete the recording and start over.
5. Enter a Name for the sound clip.
6. Enter a Description for the sound clip.
7. Click [SAVE].
8. Select a Normalization Level to ensure consistent volume levels.
9. Click [OK].
