Download Contact Directory

Whether your business is large or small, everyone can appreciate a well organized contact directory–especially one they can download. By establishing your sites and assigning them to all your phones, you can organize contacts by office, department, location, timezone, or by those that like sushi (you get the idea).

Step 1: Set Up Sites

1. Click Sites in the left sidebar.

2. Click [ADD SITE].

3. Define your site:

Name

Name by which the site is identified.

Description

Displays a user-defined description for the site for identification purposes (255 character limit).

Main Extension

Main contact associated with the site (optional). This extension will always appear at the top of the contact directory for each site.

4. Click .

Repeat steps 1-4 as needed to create your desired sites.

Step 2: Assign Phones to a Site

1. Click Devices in the left sidebar.

2. Click the device that needs a site assigned.

3. From the Device Settings tab > General Settings section, browse for and select a Site.

4. Verify there is an Assigned User. If left unassigned, the first and last name will appear blank in the contact directory.

5. Click [SAVE].

Repeat steps 1-5 as needed for each device that needs a site assigned.

Step 3: Export Contact Directory

1. Click Sites in the left sidebar.

2. Click [CONTACT DIRECTORY].

3. Check your downloads for the PDF.
