You can override the default caller ID for those lines that require something different. This is helpful for lines that have their own phone number directed to them or when giving everyone in a specific department the same caller ID. Whatever your reason, the caller ID selected for a line will be displayed when making outbound calls to an external number.
1. Click Lines in the left sidebar.
2. Click the line that requires a different caller ID than the PBX default.
3. From the General tab > Outbound Call Options section, select Use under External Caller ID, and then browse for and choose the desired phone number.
4. Click [SAVE].
