People forget—that’s just life. If you have a user that has forgotten their voicemail password, you can give them a temporary password to access their voicemail. Once they get in, the user should change their password to something they hopefully won’t forget.
Tip: A user can update their password from the end user portal without knowing their current password.
1. Click Lines in the left sidebar.
2. Click the line that requires changes to its voicemail password.
3. From the Voicemail Access tab > Voicemail Box Access section, click [CHANGE PASSWORD].
4. Enter the New Password of at least four digits and then enter it again to confirm it is correct.
5. Click [SAVE].
