Depending on your organization’s structure, the directories loaded to each phone may need to be different—maybe you have separate directories for each office location. For the majority of your devices, you can load them with the default corporate directory. However, this setting can be overridden on individual devices as needed.
Before you begin, make sure that all corporate directories have been created and configured.
1. Click Devices in the left sidebar.
2. Choose the device that that requires a different corporate directory from the PBX default.
3. From the Device Settings tab > General Settings section, select Use for the Corporate Directory and then browse for and choose the desired corporate directory.
4. Click [SAVE].
Note: You must power cycle the device to apply any changes made to its settings.
