To help differentiate one call queue from another, you can override the default hold music on your system for a more personalized feel. Get some good hold music for your callers—they’ll appreciate it.

1. Click Call Queues in the left sidebar.
2. Click the call queue that requires different hold music than the PBX default.
3. From the Queue Behavior tab > Caller Settings section, select one of the following for While waiting in queue, callers will hear:
Callers hear ringing while waiting for an agent to answer them in the queue.
Note: Callers will still hear hold music when placed on hold.
Callers hear the selected hold music playlist while waiting for an agent to answer them in the queue.
4. Click [SAVE].
