Nest User Groups
Not only can users be members of a user group, but user groups can also be nested (placing a user group inside another user group) to provide more powerful and flexible permission schemes. For example, the Administrators group could be added to the International Dialers group to allow all admins to make international calls. This is a lot easier than creating an entirely different user group from scratch. Don’t worry—if you need to move user groups around later, you can do that.
1. Click User Groups in the left sidebar.
2. Click the user group that requires a nested user group.
3. From the General tab > This group is a member of section, browse for and select the desired user group.
4. Click [SAVE].
