Change Default Hold Music
Hold music can help identify you and brand your organization. The playlist that is assigned to your whole system provides consistency for all callers, regardless of where they’re on hold. This default setting can be overridden on individual phone numbers, lines, and call queues to meet any unique requirements.
1. Click System Settings in the left sidebar.
2. From the General tab > Defaults section, browse for and select the desired Hold Music Playlist.
3. Click [SAVE].
