Jive leads the global Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) market in ease of administration and the PBX development team is the team that makes that happen. Among the team's jewels is the dial plan editor, which is a visual, flow-chart-style tool to control the routing of calls within a customer's organization. On the backend, we provide the data and APIs that support much of the Jive magic.
The PBX team delivers on its commitments. We are responsible for automated testing, application design, choice of tools, deployment, operation, and lifecycle of our applications.
