About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for tracking, reporting, and analysis for our Mid-Market sales team within Jive. This will include: scoping out projects for process and reports, executing fully scoped projects, driving accountability for individual projects with their stakeholders, ensuring scale within the team, working extensively within Salesforce, and reporting/analysis. The ideal candidate for this role would be able to work well with diverse groups of people and have the ability to keep pace in a constantly changing environment.

What you'll do

  • Work with sales team to identify and address key areas of improvement within process, policy, tools, and reporting
  • Liaison between Sales Operations and other Marketing teams for promotions, mass emails, etc
  • Support sales staff with Salesforce tickets
  • Maintain data integrity of Salesforce for assigned team
  • Assist with documentation of Sales Operations for tools, reports, and policies
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally on projects and assignments

What you'll need

  • Salesforce experience is required
  • Highly Proficient in Excel
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
  • Proficient in Google Suite (sheets, docs, presentations
