About the Position

The Partner Success - Project Manager plays a key role in educating the Channel team, partners, and customers on how to interact with Jive at each stage of the sales process and managing the implementation in a timely and accurate manner.

What You'll Do

  • Provide pre- and post-sales "back-office" support to partners and the channel team
  • Oversee orders received from partners from contract signature through installation
  • Provide updates directly to partners, customers of partners and internal management on all open orders
  • Clearly communicate order status, roadblocks, and needs with partners and the channel team
  • Strengthen partner relationships through professional, prompt, accurate communication
  • Manage escalations, errors, and anything else that inhibits timely installations of partners' orders
  • Learn all system, processes, and company navigation - driving success for those they support

What You'll Need

  • 2+ years experience in customer support role
  • Exceptional customer service skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
