About the Position

Jive’s Inside Sales department is expanding and looking for highly motivated individuals to join the team. Get on the ground floor of one of the fastest-growing VoIP companies in the world.

What You'll Do

  • Field sales requests through various channels
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline and follow up with contacts regularly
  • Interface with prospects to answer questions and meet unique needs
  • Handle 50+ calls a day, including inbound and outbound calls
  • Demo Jive’s Platform to build value

What You'll Need

  • Previous Inside Sales experience
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
  • Ability to be powerfully persuasive
  • Ability to listen, earn trust, consult, and ask for a sale with potential clients
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work well on a team
  • Flexibility in working outside of normal hours in order to close deals
