Add or Remove Numbers (excluding Porting)

You can at any time request that EOP add numbers to or remove numbers from your account.

Go to Support > Tickets.

  1. Click New Ticket.
  2. If you’d like to add a number, provide a Subject to the effect of “Please add new Number.” In the Description, be sure to specify whether this is a phone or fax number, and whether it should be toll-free or local. If the number is to be local, please specify the rate center to use (e.g. New York, NY or San Francisco, CA).
  3. If you’re removing a number, please specify exactly which number our staff should remove, in order to prevent any errors.
  4. Once finished, scroll down and click Create Ticket . Our staff will action the request and confirm once completed.
