A sweet, green tropical treat reminiscent of a traditional piña colada that masks the flavor of spinach with a little texture from the shredded coconut.


  • 1 C original coconut milk
  • 1 C pineapple juice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 C spinach
  • 2 C frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 Tbsp shredded coconut

Serves 3


Add ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Select “Whole Juice” and serve.

If you’re into throwing greens in your smoothie, then you’ll love this recipe that adds spinach to your pancakes. and the best part is no one will taste it.


  • 1 ½ C spinach
  • 1 ½ C low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ½ Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 ½ C flour

Serves 7


Add first 6 ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Blend until smooth. Add remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid. Press “Pulse” 5-10 times until ingredients are combined.

Heat griddle or other pan over medium heat and grease. Pour approximately ¼ cup batter onto heated pan and cook approximately one to two minutes or until bubbles break the surface and the underside is golden. Flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serve this simple blender soup with a slice of whole grain bread for a quick lunch or dinner.


  • 4 C broccoli florets, steamed & divided
  • ½ C vegetable or chicken broth
  • 1 C low-fat milk
  • 3 oz cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • ⅛ tsp ground black pepper


Add 3 ½ cups steamed broccoli and remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar and secure lid.

Select “Soup”. Add remaining ½ cup of steamed broccoli and secure lid. Press “Pulse” 3-5 times or until florets are chopped to desired size.

Fresh tomatillos, avocado and serrano peppers blend up to bring a little bite to this fresh salsa. It is delicious drizzled over tacos, scrambled eggs or great for dipping.


  • 2 Tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 serrano peppers, tops removed
  • ¼ C fresh lime juice, approximately 2-3 limes juiced
  • 4 medium to large tomatillos, husked, washed and halved
  • 2 large avocados, halved and pitted
  • 2 Tbsp diced onion
  • 2 tsp sea or kosher salt
  • ¼ - ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper

Yields 3 ¼ cups


Heat oil in small pan and pan fry serrano peppers until golden brown. Set aside on paper towel.

Add remaining ingredients to WildSide+ jar in order listed and add serrano peppers. Secure lid and press “Pulse” 8-12 times until mixed well. Refrigerate for up to 4 days.

A quick dessert for the pistachio lover. Try adding a handful of spinach or kale before blending for all natural green coloring.


  • ⅔ C half and half
  • ¼ c agave nectar
  • 1 slice avocado
  • ½ C nonfat dry milk
  • ⅓ - ½ C shelled, unsalted pistachios, lightly toasted
  • 1/16 tsp almond extract
  • 3 C ice cubes

Serves 7


Add all ingredients except ice to WildSide+ jar in order listed and secure lid. Select “Ice Cream” or blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and secure lid.
