As we are in full swing of the playoffs I think it is key to remember the fundamentals in all aspects of life, but especially for your communication needs. We truly excel once fundamentals are mastered! I love how Jive is not only pushing the boundaries for new innovations in the industry, but also providing and constantly improving the fundamentals of their solution.

Momma always said “Practice makes perfect!” but that’s not always the case when using a broken instrument – and Jive definitely ain’t broken!

Like you said, fundamentals don’t make it to the highlight reels. In sports movies, the “hero-team” usually nails down their fundamental skills during a quick training montage. If only real life mimicked “reel life!” But it’s our devotion to getting those fundamentals right that paves the way to true expertise.

“With Jive Voice all local and domestic long distance calls (including
Canada) are unlimited and included at no additional cost – for every
    customer, every time.”

This is true if you live in the US, but if you live in Canada, the calls need to go to the US data center and you must enable international calling. We were sold the product and they stated we would get free Domestic calling in Canada which we have just learned is not the case from Jive’s IT support. We will be looking for a new solution for Canada/US calling.
