Jive Communications is not only solidifying itself in the telecommunications marketplace, but it’s also making its mark on American pop culture. When West Coast Customs’ new season airs this fall, Jive will be featured on one of its episodes to reveal our newest team member—the Jive Jeep.
For the past several months, Jive employees have been teaming up with United Way to provide tutoring to students at Pony Express Elementary. “Corporate culture” is a phrase that gets tossed around quite a bit nowadays, and with good reason. Studies, like the one performed by Professor Charles O’Reilly and his team at Stanford, show that companies walk a thin line between creating a strong internal culture and promoting financial growth, since these two goals are often at odds.
